Before you write

Please do not attach medical records, scans or genetic test results to a first message. Email is not a safe place for them, and we do not need them to answer your first question. If a formal assessment turns out to make sense, we will send you a secure way to share them and tell you exactly what is needed.

Keep the description brief, a few sentences. We are not able to tell you whether a treatment is right for you, and a long clinical history in the first message will not change that answer. What we can tell you is what the pathway looks like and what it would take.
