Is admission really necessary for a check-up?

Necessary, no; efficient for deep panels with scopes and MRI, yes. It is a format choice.

Can my spouse be checked at the same time?

Usually arrangeable in parallel; ask when booking.

What if something serious is found?

You are already inside a tertiary hospital; the referral is a corridor, not a new journey.

Is the report in English?

Centres vary; ours is the translation that adds nothing and omits nothing, whatever the centre provides.
